  • To provide the care you have booked (performance of a contract).
  • To send service messages about your visits (contract / legitimate interests).
  • To send marketing only where you have given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Any photos we take during visits are kept private and shared only with you, unless you separately and explicitly consent to us using a photo for marketing. These are treated as two entirely different things.
